Where's Gus?

I know you all were probabaly wondering the same thing yesterday; why are we having all these great games without Gus announcing them? To be honest it was barbaric that Gus couldn't have had the Morehead/Butler/Temple game, but never fear because GJ has been located... IN CLEVELAND. CHILD PLEASE, your gonna put the gem of our nation in the sphincter of the Midwest?!! The only reason I can see for this is that the NCAA is trying to assist a fledgling Cleveland economy kind of like what the Olympics is doing in Rio come 2020 or whatever it is. Because let's be real, Gus Johnson coming to Cleveland is the greatest news since LeBron.

But if there is a silver lining here its that Gus has a delicious buffet of games today; Xavier vs. Marquette and Syracuse vs. Indiana State. You know who once went to Indiana Stat? LARRY BIRD!!!






PS. I love Gus probably more than anyone, but damn this Morrison video is not one of his best calls. Sure, it is known for the LARRY BIRD call, but i honestly think Gus blacked out after this shot. I mean listen to him just randomly yell shit during a minute long stretch. "WHAT A GAME....LARRY BIRD....MAYBE".........Huh?, Still love you tho.
